Lorenia understands the cultural dynamics of both domestic and Latin American clients and is fluent in both English and Spanish. She is skilled at handling a variety of general corporate, business and employment litigation disputes with an emphasis on achieving pragmatic, client-oriented results.
Lorenia holds a Juris Doctor degree from Emory University School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the Corporate Governance and Accountability Review journal. She currently sits on the Journal’s Advisory Board.
While in law school, Lorenia served as a member of the University’s Supreme Court and represented its prestigious Arbitration Society in multiple interscholastic competitions. She was also a member of the Center for Transactional Law and Practice, where she honed her understanding of complex transactions, commerce, and business.
