Peter is a Co-founder of PAG Law and Managing Partner of the New York office. His practice focuses on M&A, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity, debt (including, venture debt) and equity financings, securitizations and capital markets transactions. His practice is primarily cross-border, focusing on transactions between the U.S. and Latin America (particularly, Brazil).

Alejandro is a Corporate Partner in the New York office and recently joined our firm after 10 years as Chair of Brown Rudnick's Latin American Practice. His practice involves complex and multi-jurisdictional corporate transactional work, including fund structuring and modeling, mergers and acquisitions, distressed situations, private equity and venture capital transactions (including venture debt), corporate restructurings, cross-border bankruptcy and insolvency situations, and corporate finance. He has advised clients in several industries in matters involving complex cross-border regulatory issues, including on securities, investment management, BHCA, CFIUS & national security, antitrust, foreign exchange & investment controls, international trade and sanctions.
