PAG Law represents Powermers Smart Industries in Business Combination with SPAC (OCA Acquisition)
PAG Law, a boutique international law firm, is pleased to announce its representation of Powermers Smart Industries, Inc. (PSI), a global green-powered technology solutions company, as corporate counsel, in connection with its proposed business combination with OCA Acquisition Corp. (OCAX), a special purpose acquisition company. Upon closing of the business combination, shares of PSI’s common stock are expected to be listed on NASDAQ. The business combination, which provides for an expected pro forma equity value of approximately $2 billion for the combined company, is expected to close in 2024, subject to customary closing conditions.
