Cristina represents individuals and businesses in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her practice focuses on disputes involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, commercial torts and partnership and shareholder conflicts.
Cristina guides clients throughout all phases of litigation, including pre-suit investigation and strategy, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediation, arbitration and trial. She works closely with clients to develop practical, result-oriented approaches designed to protect business interests and efficiently resolve disputes.
During law school, Cristina served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Beth Bloom of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She also served as a Student Honors Legal Intern with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
