Dan’s litigation practice focuses on securities and investment fraud, intellectual property protection, and disputes involving corporate governance and control. As a trusted counselor for both legal and business challenges, he also serves as outside general counsel and strategic advisor to startups and founders in the technology, entertainment, and hospitality industries.
