Denisse is a member of the firm’s corporate practice group. Her practice focuses on cross-border corporate and financial transactions, with an emphasis on Latin America.

Born and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, Denisse is licensed to practice law in Mexico and received her US law degree (LLM) from Columbia Law School. She previously received a M.A. degree in Human Rights Studies at Columbia University and worked at the United Nations.
