Evan is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group. He represents businesses, founders and investors in litigation and arbitration. While in law school, Evan gained invaluable experience as an Innocence Clinic Fellow, reviewing cases, conducting investigations, and interviewing clients, witnesses, and experts in wrongful conviction cases. He also served as a summer judicial intern to the Honorable Darrin P. Gayles of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Evan earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a Harvey T. Reid Scholar and a member of the Charles C. Papy Jr. Moot Court Board. He received multiple academic honors, including a CALI Award for his work with the Innocence Clinic, and was actively involved in minority student organizations on campus. Evan graduated cum laude from DePaul University in Chicago with a triple bachelor’s degree in Political Science, African Black Diaspora Studies, and American Studies. At DePaul, Evan ran Division 1 hurdles and sprints for the men's track team, helping lead the team to two conference championships. He is admitted to practice law in Florida.
