Manuel’s practice focuses on representing businesses, entrepreneurs and investors in litigation and alternate forms of dispute resolution. Manuel also guides businesses to proactively manage legal risks, optimize processes and make informed decisions that contribute to long-term growth and profitability.

As a litigator with an MBA degree, Manuel tailors his approach to dispute resolution to align with his clients’ broader strategic and financial goals. Prior to joining PAG, Manuel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Melissa Damian, where he gained valuable insight into the federal courts system and the dynamics at play throughout a lawsuit. Prior to his clerkship, Manuel represented clients in complex business litigation and employment matters. He also worked alongside court-appointed receivers in government enforcement actions brought by the SEC and FTC based on securities and consumer fraud and in related asset recovery litigation.

Manuel was awarded his JD with honors from the University of Miami School of Law and his MBA with honors from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. During his MBA studies, Manuel collaborated with several startups and nonprofits to solve their financial and marketing needs. Manuel also graduated with honors from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.
