Pedro advises entrepreneurs, investors, and companies on M&A, venture capital, and strategic transactions across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. He is listed in The Best Lawyers in America (2026, 32nd ed.).

He has advised clients on billions of dollars of financings and strategic transactions across the U.S., Latin America, and Europe. His approach emphasizes clear legal structures and strategic relationships that support scale and long-term success for startups and emerging companies. From formation to exit, he protects client interests while enabling innovation and avoiding friction.

Pedro is also an entrepreneur and investor, with ventures in media, software, fintech, mental health and wellness, mezcal and agave products, and real estate. He is a co-founder and partner at MIAMIGO Title, an attorney-owned title company that uses technology to streamline real estate transactions. He is an investor and partner in the mezcal brand Indecente and is developing Agave Amigo, an app that connects agave-spirit producers and enthusiasts globally. He is also an investor and advisor in Humantelligence, an AI coaching platform and human collaboration tool built on over a decade of behavioral science.
