Ricardo has more than 30 years of experience providing legal advice to international clients in cross-border transactions in the areas of mergers & acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance, venture capital, oil & gas and capital markets. He also has experience representing debtor companies in cross border debt restructurings and litigation experience in arbitration cases before the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Prior to joining PAG Law, he worked at Marval O’Farrell & Mairal, where he was a partner for more than 20 years.  He also worked as a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York City.  He is a former professor of the University of Buenos Aires (“Commercial Contracts Law” and “Companies Law”), CEMA University (“Legal Aspects of Private Equity Transactions”) and ESEADE (“Capital Markets”), and frequently lectures on topics of his areas of specialization.

Ricardo strongly believes in working with clients as a team to understand them and their business fully with the aim of adding value that includes but goes beyond legal advice. LACCA qualified him as an Approved Counsel and Thought Leader in Corporate / M&A, and the International Law Office (ILO) granted him the “Client Choice Award” five times.
