Startup law, simplified.

At PAG Law, we believe founders should never be slowed down by legal red tape.
That’s why we created a Legal Store—a curated selection of
essential legal services, available at fixed rates and ready when you are.

"Whether you’re just forming your company, closing your first round, or hiring your first team, our attorneys are here to help you get it done—fast, affordably, and without the usual back-and-forth."

What’s Included
vs. Additional Work

Flat-fee legal services- Most of our packages are designed for standard structures.

Need something complex? If your deal involves multiple share classes, unusual voting terms, or investor-side negotiations, we’ll always discuss scope & pricing with you before starting.

Want to Talk First?
Flat fee covers standard structures. Multi-class shares, investor-led negotiations, or non-standard jurisdictions may require additional legal fees. We’ll always review scope and advise before starting.
For international structures (like Cayman formations or cross-border flips), local counsel fees are billed separately by local law firms.
All services include direct oversight by PAG attorneys — this is not a template shop. We handle your documents personally.

1. Is this just like buying a form on LegalZoom or Clerky?

Absolutely not.
Every document here is prepared by experienced startup lawyers at PAG Law. We review your situation, customize your documents, and ensure you’re legally protected. It’s real, attorney-delivered legal work — not a fill-in-the-blank website.

2. Who actually drafts my documents?

Licensed attorneys. No paralegal-only shortcuts. You’ll always have direct oversight from our startup law team.

3. What if my situation is complex?

That’s what we’re here for. If your needs go beyond the flat-fee scope, we’ll discuss it upfront and give you clear next steps — no surprise invoices.
